Edcamp Idaho 2020 Online
The purpose of Edcamp Idaho is to provide a venue where Idaho Educators can come together and be “in charge” of their own professional development.
The Edcamp movement is all about educators coming together to discuss topics THEY are interested in, to share things they have tried in their classes, and to learn from each other! Edcamps are FREE to attend, and the power is in the conversation that occurs during, between, and after sessions.
Edcamp Idaho is an UN-conference. No “canned” or planned presentations will happen. If a PowerPoint appears, it is only to help guide and spark discussion of a topic. The main rule of Edcamp Idaho is PARTICIPATION. The agenda is decided the morning that day…anyone can lead a session. If you have something to share, to discuss, or to grapple with – EdCamp Idaho is for you!
This year Edcamp Idaho is a virtual experience: two live sessions (with three topics each) per day over 3 days!
